We are thinking that Clay must be sick. He went to dinner the other day and wanted to try a Raspberry Lemonaide. This kid never deviates from Rootbeer or Sprite. Then we went to Subway, his favorite lunch place and he didn't want his one and only turkey with only lettuce footlong. He wanted to get pepperoni and seasoned chicken. Really we don't know what has gotten into him. He has NEVER done this. He also wanted to try the Huckleberry shake at Artic Circle. He LOVED it. He has wanted it twice now.
Dylan is dying to get his new uniforms for school and calls me everyday at work to see if they have come yet. (At least four times a day). I have never heard of any kid that wanted to wear their school uniform more than him. It is funny. Watch as soon as school starts he will hate to wear it. It seems his excitement never goes too long. Update - the uniforms came!!! Dylan had to try them on the day we got them and he wanted to wear them to bed.
Brayden has had a terrible few days. He fell on a toy at daycare, we think, and cut his lip and his gums are all swollen and look awful. It looks like he has a little beak on him because his lip is so fat. (the cutest thing he does at daycare. They wash their hands before every mill at a little sink area. He gets up on his little stool and the water is on. He gets his hands wet and puts one hand under the soap dispenser and pushes it down just a little to get soap out. He is so big)
Lance finally called from work on Monday and said he couldn't stand his sinus infection anymore and needed to go see the Dr. I have been trying to get him to go for the last three weeks. We have the drugs pumping in him and hope they start to work soon so he can start to feel better.
Kathleen drove to Vegas Friday night and about 20 minutes before Vegas my check engine light went on in my car. Can you say nervous nelly. I was afraid to drive home but afraid to stay. I made it home and the light was still on but it went off the next day when we were on our way to Autozone so they could check out the code on their machine testor.
Roxy went for her first walk. She didn't know what to think about it, but she did make it home. When we did get home though her little white paws were black and it looked like she had black socks on.
